A student who made the full payment for the Training, may send us a written notice of cancellation within three (3) days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing the Enrollment Agreement is entitled to a full refund. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, Careerist shall make the full refund. Students who wish to cancel their enrollment in a program at Careerist must do so in writing.
If a student who made the full payment for theTraining needs to leave the program during the first 30 days due to health issues, medical emergencies, or death of an immediate family member such asparents, siblings, and children, a refund of the unused portion of tuition paid by the student shall be issued. All other requests for refunds made in good faith will be considered and resolved by Careerist at its sole discretion.
Students will need to support their claims with appropriate documentation (proof if writing). Students who wish to request are fund must do so in writing. The request must include the date of withdrawal and must be dated and signed by the student. A request is to be completed and signed. Students are expected to provide full documentation at the time of withdrawal to request a refund. All refunds shall be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request date.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is not applicable to students who signed an Income Share Agreement (the “ISA”) with us. Student who signed the ISA with us to pay for their Training or other services are not eligible for any refund because they have not paid anything to Careerist. Any financial relationships between such students and Careerist, as well as cancelation or termination procedures are governed by the ISA that you signed with us.
*Careerist contracts with reliable Educational Partners for providing educational services to the students, while Careerist will provide only career counseling and job placement services to the students.
